From the initial contact he was very pleasant and engaging. He retrieved the vehicle I requested without delay and went over all the features in a way that even I could understand prior to a test drive. Very positive and explained things really well. Only very small concern, probably required, was pushing additional services to sell and would increase my payment. I was clear with salesman I wasn't interested in anything beyond the manufacturers warranty.
It was pleasant inviting and fast I did not go in to get a car but asked a few questions. while waiting and ended up going one that I love
Very rushed , only tried to sell me the cheapest car. Because I was credit challenged. I didn't leave happy.

After we left we found out it was included because we bought it not because the dealership included it. We could've got it cheaper on our own. That put a sour taste as trusting him again
