In all of my years dealing with car dealership service
In all of my years dealing with car dealership service departments, I have never come across a person who is as kind, compassionate, considerate, and willing to "think outside the box" as Launi is. As service advisors go, I would never want to let her go. Sadly, in less than a year, I will be moving out of state. I wish that we could take her with us or at least clone her professionalism and understanding of our issues.

Had my vehicle towed in for an issue with it misfiring on
Had my vehicle towed in for an issue with it misfiring on #4 cylinder. I was very surprised they had an appt available on 7/13/2026 at 130pm. I was able to get my car towed and it arrived onsite at 1019am 7/13/2026. At 4pm on the same day I reached out for a status. They told me I did not respond to a text to acknowledge working on the vehicle. Told them I did not get a text and immediately they sent me the text. I acknowledged it and just figured something went wrong and it work itself out. The next day, 7/14, I reached out in the morning and was told since it was next in line to get in. I asked when I would know what is wrong. The woman I spoke to said it will take a couple days for them to contact me. I am confused....next in line but then it will take couple days. Why is that. I got the answer we are very busy here and people have called off. Still I am confused I am next in line but it will take a couple days to get back to me. I wait until the afternoon to check again, I called and this time I was told that they are contacting Enterprise. I asked why and they stated they don't have a vehicle. Told the lady that I wasn't looking for a vehicle and then she put me on hold and told me that I am next in line. Learning here that the standard answer here is you are next in line. In the late afternoon I called back and this time Steve answered the phone. I explained the same thing to him and he told me I don't have an appt so get it in when he can. I tried to explain that I had an appt on Monday. Okay, I will just try the next day. Today, 7/15 I called again and was told we will call you when the car gets in. I don't have faith in them calling me because they did not call me when they had an issue with the appt and it took me to call to find out they sent the wrong text. Clearly the service department is understaffed and just do what they need to get people off the phone. This is the reason I stopped going there for service because it was terrible and I take it to my local garage. Since this was a warranty item (I believe) I am stuck taking it to the dealer. If I would have known all of this I would have taken it to the garage near my house to get checked. Now that it is towed, I am stuck without a vehicle and can't get an answer when it will get in. Willing to update my review at a later time when I finally get someone to be honest with me. Steve was the most honest with I am going to get it in as fast as I can. The others....next in line....okay, that is not being truthful.

Nate was great! From the initial contact he was very pleasant and engaging. He retrieved the vehicle I requested without delay and went over all the features in a way that even I could understand prior to a test drive. His explanation was simple, concise and he was very respectful as well as professional throughout the entire process. Never once did my wife and I feel rushed and no sales pressure. We contacted every day with dealership, but only in a week, when we arrived there, we spoke with Billy, I don't know his position, but he solved our problem and we trained in our car and get our. Finally we got what we want. I don't mentioned dealers name on purpose, We wish him good luck for next time and ask him to be more honest with a costumer

Costliest mistake of my life stepping foot onto DC Hyundai! How do you put $13,000.00 down on the cost of a car, and it is added to the end of the loan? Charge for a warranty that was not needed? $7000.00 extra in fees that were not explained. There went my $13,000.00. Shame on Nate and Anthony! They totally took advantage of an older couple. $25,000.00 car minus $13,000.00 down payment, and I'm owing $38,000??? If I wanted to get screwed, I could have stayed closer to home and gone to Motor World!!! You people are even worse!! I filed a complaint with BBB and Pa Attorney General's office.
