The salespeople 🧑🏽‍💼 are kind and empathetic, just like the bank's sales managers, and they are attentive to the customer's needs. I felt a little aggrieved in the service area, because they questioned my word when I explained that I bought the car I have there, but they didn't believe me. And that made me uncomfortable until, talking among themselves, they differed as to whether they did.

Got a good deal on our car. Salesman Troy was very friendly and helpful. Things got a little confused but husband took care up to them the next day and it was taken care of. They were very busy with special sales going on. They sold a lot of cars while we were there. This is the Third Hyundai Elantra we have bought there. Had my SUV in for service today. Had the catalytic converter changed on it. Told me it would be 2 to 2 and half hrs to change.
